Es war eibe wunderschöne Fahrt bei bestem Wetter. Obwohl ich erst für 15 Uhr reserviert habe durfte ich an der Fahrt um 14:15 Uhr teilnehmen. Dankeschön 😀

Eine sehr schöne und entspannte Schifffahrt auf dem Rhein! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abfahrt und die Rückkehr waren pünktlich. Die Reisebegleitung und die Informationen gab es sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung, die ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann!

The important part for my wife and I was the ease of booking and boarding the cruise down the Rhine. The commentary in English was very clear enabling us to understand the history and landmarks.

Schönes Schiff mit tollen Service an Bord. Wir durften schon 45 Minuten vor dem ablegen an Bord und wurden auch sofort bedient. Schiff läuft sehr ruhig und leise.

Aanrader. Goed betaalbaar. Mooie schone boot. Airco binnen. Vertrok op tijd. Makkelijk parkeren op loopafstand. Drankjescworden overal geserveerd. Info in Duits en Engels. Daarna leuk shoppen en terrasjes want zit bij oude centrum.

Ride through the Middle Rhine Valley and see magnificent fortresses like the Lahneck Castle and Stolzenfels Castle overlooking the river.

Do not miss the St John’s Monastery, set in the oldest church of the Middle Rhine, and the All Saints Chapel, a pilgrimage site popular since 1671.

Witness the confluence of two rivers, the Rhine and Moselle, at the Deutsches Eck, followed by the towering medieval-age castles at Martinsburg and Marksburg.

Fun fact: Legend has it that when the Knights Templar were ordered to be disbanded in 1312, the last 12 of them took refuge in Lahneck Castle.
