If you plan to spend time on the open sun deck of the MS Palladium, bring a layer or light jacket, as temperatures on the water can be several degrees cooler than on land, especially in the morning or evening.

Comfortable shoes are recommended if you plan to hop off and explore the city on foot between bus stops.

Bring cash or card for any food or drinks you purchase on board the cruise, as the on-board bar operates at your own expense.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board the MS Palladium cruise.

Dogs are permitted on the hop-on hop-off bus as long as they do not occupy a seat and do not pose a risk to other passengers.

Pets are permitted on the cruise for a fee of €3.90, but must remain on a leash at all times.

The MS Palladium is accessible at ground level to the main deck, with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom available on that deck. Access to the open sun deck is only possible via a staircase and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Your 24-hour bus pass is valid from the moment of first validation, not from your booking date, so activate it when you are ready to start exploring.

Bus audio guides are delivered via the on-board speaker system, with complimentary earphones provided; you may also use your own wired earphones with a standard 3.5 mm jack.

The Skyline Tour's stop at Main Tower is fully accessible on Sundays; on other days, the tower stop is included in the route, but tower entry is a separate activity.

The Express Tour runs every 20–30 minutes daily from 10am to 5pm; the Skyline Tour runs every 2 hours, so plan your day around stop timings if you intend to hop off.

During high season and weekends, buses can fill up; if a bus is full, wait for the next one and no refund applies for the wait.

On 24 December, the bus tours end at 2pm. On 1 January, tours start at noon.
