It was beautiful to see the sights lit up at night. The Bateaux Parisiens boat was very smooth (no rocking) and was able to maneuver quick turnarounds in the Seine very steadily. Having the option of being inside (where it was warm) or upstairs (if you wanted to brave the chill) was great. There were no shortage of great seats inside or out (though be warned that you may miss Notre Dame if you are down below on the pier side because you only see it once). The flexibility of a time window helps for convenience for fitting in around other sightseeing. Plus you are right at the base of the Eiffel tower to see the lights twinkle twice at the start and end of your boat ride!

First of all, Paris views from the Seine are unbelievable! Our cruise was at 5pm and we were so lucky to see the sunset. The partly cloudy, some rain day led to beautiful pink/purple skies. The background music was very good too. The top of the boat was crowded but still eveyone was considerate and we didn't feel squeezed in at all. I'm glad we did the cruise without dinner, we would have missed the city views and beautiful sky! The only thing we found difficult was finding the boat - if you sent an email with number on dock that you are parked, it would have been helpful. Thanks for a great experience!

Een magische avond op de Seine! De avondrondvaart door het verlichte Parijs was echt prachtig. Terwijl de stad langzaam in het donker gehuld werd, kwamen de monumenten tot leven met hun schitterende verlichting vooral de Eiffeltoren was adembenemend! De boot was comfortabel, het personeel vriendelijk en de sfeer heel romantisch. Het was een perfecte manier om Parijs van een andere kant te zien. Zeker een aanrader voor koppels of iedereen die de stad ’s avonds op een ontspannen manier wil ontdekken.

Easy location to find near the Eiffel Tower. There were multiple language options via a QR code or device at each seat. We traveled in early December and while cold the fewer numbers meant access to indoor or outdoor seating. Would definitely do again.

Magical views of Paris under the starry-lit sky

After the sun sets, make your way to the Port de la Bourdonnais, located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, and embark on a magical 1-hour nighttime cruise along the Seine River. The boats proceed east on the Seine, heading in the direction of Notre Dame Cathedral. This section travels by well-known locations including the Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre Museum, both of which have stunning nighttime illumination. Boats may slow down further along to admire the golden flame of the Statue of Liberty replica on Île aux Cygnes and the shimmering Pont Alexandre III bridge.

You will then make a 180-degree circle at Notre Dame Cathedral on Île de la Cité island before returning west to the Eiffel Tower. The elaborate Hôtel de Ville, the famed Conciergerie, and the Île Saint-Louis island, known for its 17th-century architecture, are a few more of the most famous landmarks in Paris that are visible.
