Your sightseeing adventure commences from Dock no.6 at Mahart Terminal where you hop on board a comfortable boat for an hour-long scenic cruise. You will catch a glimpse of Budapest’s world-famous sites like the majestic Hungarian Parliament Building, the National Theater, and the Palace of Arts in all their glory! Sail past the iconic landmarks of the Castle District, including the Matthias Church, the Royal Castle, and the Fisherman’s Bastion. Have your cameras ready to click incredible pictures of the city on the banks of the Danube River, especially when the sun sets and the capital is illuminated. You will spot the Liberty Monument and the Citadel as symbols of freedom and prosperity, on Gellért Hill.
Margaret Island
You will then enjoy some time at Margaret Island in the heart of Budapest, where the cruise halts for a while so you can disembark and explore its beauty. You can take a walk among its lovely flower gardens and romantic ruins before you board the boat again to begin your voyage back to Vigadó Square.
