Booked online tickets through Headout and saved myself the headache of standing in really long queues. It was a super crowded day being the weekend and had I not booked in advance, I'm not even sure we would have got the chance to view!

Reservé mi entrada al Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden a través de Headout y la experiencia fue excelente. El proceso de compra fue rápido, intuitivo y sin complicaciones, lo cual se agradece bastante cuando estás organizando actividades en un país como Japón. Recibí la confirmación casi de inmediato y el acceso al parque fue muy sencillo, sin filas innecesarias ni contratiempos. Todo funcionó exactamente como se indicaba en la plataforma, lo que da mucha tranquilidad. El parque, por cierto, es espectacular: muy bien cuidado, tranquilo y perfecto para desconectarse del ritmo de la ciudad. Sin duda, tanto la experiencia con Headout como la visita al Shinjuku Gyoen superaron mis expectativas. Totalmente recomendable para quien quiera evitar complicaciones y disfrutar al máximo su visita.

Headout made our access to the Shinjuku Gyoen absolutely seamless. Lost in the ethereal beauty of Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, where 144 acres come alive under a sky of sakura in full bloom. It felt like stepping into a dream—so surreal, so delicate, beyond anything I had ever imagined. Truly Headout made our day!

If you plan on going between March 28th-April 2nd it is mandatory to get a reservation for your visit. We went there on March 28, 2026 and it was packed. The park is huge. It's best to bring water with you or if you choose to have a picnic inside you can bring food with you as well (unopened). They have vending machines but you need yen $$ for that. And they have some cafes around, but the lines aren't worth the wait. The grounds are well kept and it's a peaceful space with lots of opportunities for relaxation
