We loved how organised everything was. All so clean, all the working people helpfull and lovely. Even before entering attraction my kids Needed to go to toilet and we got a fast track ticket so we didnt had to do the line again. Also Zootopia had a técnical periode probleem wenn we were inside and we also got a fast track ticket. One point to consider. People who bought good, need to have priority to get a table. We had 4 distes and took 10 minutes to find a free table bacause people without food were taking them. But even that 10/10

Tudo certo com os ingressos. Apenas, importante salientar aos compradores que a entrada será feita exclusivamente com uso dos passaportes. Como passamos por uma jornada de parques desde Tokyo e finalizando em Hong Kong, estranhamos não haver QRCode nesses de Shanghai, o que nos deixou um pouco apreensivos.

It was very easy to buy the tickets. Additional., despite the say that I have to claim just with my passport I get in the same as Disney application. Really was an easy pursache in the webpage

Booking with Headout made the process really easy and I felt confident walking in to Disneyland Shanghai having all the details ready (and passport!). Download the Disney App to use the map and everything on it before you get there. Disney has its own metro station making it simple to get there in the first place, the metro is pretty easy to navigate around Shanghai. Disneyland was amazing from start to finish, the characters have particular places where they stand and you can queue to meet them. There are staff on site to take your photos on your own phone for you. Conveniently all the rides and characters have a system where you can see how long the queuing time is, which is also on the Disney App. The food there is really tasty, not over priced, and there are phone chargers for you to hire in the restaurants. Could be slightly better signposted to the different areas, but overall was a fab day. Lots of themed shops for the characters, depending on which part of the park you are in. Toilets were kept very clean (always a bonus) with plenty of western style toilets! Have a great day if you visit!

Eu decidir ir na Disney no dia seguinte, quase perto da meia noite, ainda assim, não obtive nenhum problema na hora da compra e nem na hora de validar meu ticket na entrada do parque. Recomendo!

A fost o experienta plina de aventura si distractie . Am ajuns in aproximativ 45 de minute de la hotel cu didi ( aplicatie de taxi ) , intrarea a fost foarte facila doar prin scanarea pasaportului . Dupa care a inceput distractia in fiecare punct de atractie . Pranzul l-am luat la Pinochio Vilage Restaurant apoi am continuat sa exploram . Preferatul meu a fost Souring of the Horizont . Thank you for this experience.

The turnaround response time after payment clearance. I missed the 2hour waiting time and started panicking thinking the app a scan as South African.
