Ho dovuto andare il giorno dopo perché era già tutto prenotato. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, come lo sono state quelle di Malaga, Granada e Cordova. Molta gente in fila per entrare sotto la pioggia ma ne è valsa la pena. Personale molto efficiente e attento. Ero andata in anticipo, ma non fanno entrare se non 10 ,20 minuti prima dell'orario impresso nel biglietto. La visita lascia la bocca aperta per la maestosità! Bellissima!

The Real Alcázar and Seville Cathedral are both beautiful to visit. Being next to each other makes it easy to see both in a day. There is much to see in the palace and the gardens are lovely. The cathedral is an amazing building and we enjoyed climbing the bell tower, where you can get great views of the city. This ticket was good value for money.

Booking was easy. Using the tickets in the app works very wel. The Sevilla Cathedral and La Giralda tower were beautiful. The Alcázar of Seville was a bit disappointing because all rooms were empty. The only thing to see were the (very nice) ceilings and the architicture. But it would have been more beautiful if the rooms would have had furniture.

La visita è stata un' esperienza meravigliosa, l' Alcazar è un sogno, una cosa che ti rimane negli occhi e nel cuore. Anche la cattedrale è stupenda ed immensa. È più bella dall' esterno che all' interno ma vale comunque la pena visitarla. I soldi meglio spesi della mia vacanza a Siviglia.

You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.

If your selected timeslot is unavailable, you will be assigned the next one. Entry is scheduled at 30-minute intervals.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies).

Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited.

Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Entering barefoot and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Accessibility

The Alcázar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

Seville Hop-on Hop off Bus Tour

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Keep in mind that the wheelchairs cannot be larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high. If your wheelchair exceeds these parameters, you can contact the operator to assist you.

Each bus can only accommodate one wheelchair at a time. If a bus already has a wheelchair user on board, you may have to wait for the next one.

Additional information

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
