Seas the day! Take a break from sightseeing across the Turkish capital and head over to SEA LIFE Istanbul to visit one of the world’s largest aquariums. From the longest underwater tunnel in the world (it is 83-meters long and offers a 270-degree panorama!) to 21 themed zones and 47 tanks that hold nearly 5 million liters of water, SEA LIFE doesn't cease to amaze. The aquarium has around 15,000 resident sea creatures. This includes freshwater stingrays, alligators, snapping turtles, giant moray eels, hammerhead sharks, and alien-like jellyfish. While you're at it, don't miss out on visiting the Turtle Hospital and the Tropical Coral Reef. If you have kids with you, take them to the Interactive Touch Pool Experience. Watch their faces light up as they touch a starfish. This is the perfect way to learn about the water world.
