What to bring

• Bring sun essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for added comfort.

• Keep your voucher (printed or digital) ready for a smooth entry process.

• Carry a valid ID in case it is needed at the entrance (for those 16 and older).

• Wear appropriate swimwear and carry a towel with you for convenience.

What’s not allowed

• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the park.

• Weapons are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

• Guests may bring food and beverages, but glass containers and alcohol are prohibited.

• Wear appropriate swimwear—no thongs, transparent suits, street clothes, regular shorts (khaki/cargo), long pants, cut‑offs, or denim; the park may determine appropriateness.

• Clothing with metal buttons, rivets, zippers, or snaps is not allowed on select slides/rides.

• Footwear is not permitted on certain body slides; aqua socks and aquatic footwear are allowed on many pools, rivers, and select attractions.

• Swim diapers are required for anyone who wears a diaper.

• Clothing or visible tattoos depicting violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory content are prohibited.

Accessibility

• Individuals wearing casts and braces with exposed metal parts can only participate in the following attractions: Lagoon Activity Pool, The Falls, Torrent River, Kristal River, and all heated pools.

• Service animals are welcome at the water park, though area and ride restrictions apply. They cannot enter water attractions, wet decks, wading pools, or rivers.

• The park supports wheelchair access with designated pathways, ramps, and restrooms.

• Water wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Pool lifts are available for use at the following locations in the water park: Bamboozle Heated Pool, Lagoon Activity Pool, Lagoon Heated Pool, Schatzes Pawn’d Pool, and Wunder Heated Pool.

• Many amusement rides use manufacturer-designed safety systems built to accommodate people of average physical stature and proportion. These systems may limit the ability of some individuals to safely ride.

• Guests of larger or smaller size; guests with heart, back or neck conditions; pregnant guests; guests recovering from recent surgery; and guests with casts, braces, restrictive devices or certain disabilities may not be safely accommodated.

• Tickets can only be used on the date selected during booking.

• Tickets are valid for park admission on any single public operating day through September 13, 2026.

• Attractions and slides operate subject to the park’s schedule and conditions.

• Refer to the official website for updated operating hours for the water park.

• Height and weight requirements apply to rides and attractions for safety reasons.

• A supervising companion of age 14 and above, and at least 4'6 in height, can accompany guests who do not meet the requirements for select slides and attractions.

• Life jackets are complimentary and available to any guest; children, first‑time swimmers, and weaker swimmers are encouraged to wear one, and some attractions require guests under a specific height to do so.

• Personal life jackets are welcome if Coast Guard–approved.

• Life jackets are required for all guests on Torrent River; guests 18+ may request an on‑site waiver (ID required) to opt out.

• Coolers are welcome—one per guest with a valid ticket/pass—so long as they’re no larger than 26" L x 16" W x 16"D and are subject to search at entry.

• To speed screening, keep ice bagged until after you enter the park.

• The water park is fully cashless; cash is not accepted at the water park or parking toll plaza.

• Cash-to-Card kiosks are available throughout the property.

• All offerings are subject to change or closure without notice.

• Your tickets cannot be applied with any other discount.

• Tickets purchased are not for resale, and cannot be availed for rain checks, refunds, or exchanges.
