Our mommy daughter date couldn't have been better. We purchased tickets the morning of. We drive down to spend the day at the San Diego Zoo. The entry into the park was so easy as I had already downloaded the app headout as I was told once my tickets were purchased. Once we parked and got to the gate all I had to do was pull up my QR code given to me through the app for my tickets. The guy at the gate scanned us and we went right in. No lines. Nothing. It was great cause we went on a holiday weekend and the lines to get in were very long. We didn't even wait! Will definitely use this app again for the ease and convenience. We had a great day!

The San Diego Zoo lived up to its status as worlds best in class. From the outstanding and most helpful service of the staff to the care and interaction with the animals, our experience was exceptional. We are 78 and 76 years of age and needed handicap services. The Zoo did a great job of assisting in our needs. If you are planning on going to San Diego, take the time to visit their zoo.

I visited the San Diego Zoo and I absolutely loved the experience. Everything is very well organized and impressively clean, which makes walking through it really enjoyable. My favorite animals were the crocodile, the rhinoceros, and the elephant because I could observe them up close in very well-maintained habitats. It’s definitely a place worth visiting.

Recordar las otras visitas al zoológico acompañada de mis hijas, fué un momento muy feliz, todas las áreas bien planeadas, bien diseñado para caminar muy agusto, muchos lugares para descansar y muy rica la comida, algo muy agradable es que todas las áreas están muy limpias, paseo muy recomendado. It was a very easy check in at the San Diego zoo using the head out app, no issues with pulling up tickets and love the no service feature in cases where signals are weak. Overall a good experience and will definitely use the head out app again for my next trip!

Amazing staff, Animals and park! Highly recommended!! Go early when the park opens so you have it to yourself it feels like, then double back in where you'd like to revisit.

Old Town Trolley

Please redeem this voucher from the bus driver or a member of staff at any of the stops.

Tours depart from boarding locations approximately every half hour.

You can then board the bus at any designated stops. The recommended stops are Stop A - Old Town Market, Stop C - Embarcadero Marina, Stop D – Headquarters at Seaport District, Stop E – Seaport Village, Stop G – Gaslamp Quarter, Stop J – Coronado – Orange Ave.
