There was nothing special. Our skip the line tickets did not enable us to skip any lines as there is no separate passage for visitors with skip-the-line tickets. There is only two options: visitors without a ticket and visitors with ticket.

he Royal Palace of Madrid is an impressive monument that reflects Spain’s rich history and royal heritage. Architecturally, it is breathtaking, with its grand façade, elegant courtyards, and beautifully decorated interiors. Avendo solo due giorni per visitare Madrid ho cercato di ottimizzare tempi e costi per poter visitare le attrazioni principali. Food & beverages, sharp metallic tools or objects, weapons, large travel bags, backpacks, suitcases, and umbrellas are not allowed on this experience.

Note that you cannot touch restricted artworks and furniture, sit on chairs, on the palace floors, or obstruct the passage. Also, running around the rooms, smoking in patios, gardens, or indoor rooms is strictly not allowed.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

The digital audio guide can be downloaded at the start of the tour using a simple QR code. It features insights from Joana Vasconcelos herself.

Please keep in mind that your visits to certain sections of the palace may be timed.

The palace may be closed on special occasions for the celebration of official acts.

Entry is free between 5pm to 7pm (4pm to 6pm in winter) from Mon to Thu for citizens of the European Union, residents, and holders of a work permit. To avail, simply carry the required ID proof.

Expect a wait time of up to 1 to 2 hours on busy days before your experience begins.
