Walked right past the line and into security. The palace was beautiful and my 3 teens all enjoyed it. I would have researched the kitchen experiencce add on if I had known about it, at least for one daughter. The armory was closed when we were there, that would have been interesting. Also should have downloaded the audio guide. But there were signs that explained the rooms well.

Eu comprei o bilhete para entrada sem áudio guia ou guia, e sem visita a cozinha. A entrada foi praticamente sem filas, eu recomendo comprar com antecedência porque a fila para comprar ingresso na hora é bem demorada. Adorei entrar no palácio, vale cada centavo, o lugar é fantástico por dentro, e a visita é demorada, muito grande.

The building and contents were amazing. Unfortunately it was an extremely busy day and it was quite slow getting through. That said, we marvelled at the history and the array of amazing antiques, tapestries and paintings throughout the palace. A thoroughly enjoyable day.

We really enjoyed our visit to the royal palace in madrid ,absolutely stunning ,beautiful rooms and you could take photos which surprised me . Would definitely recommend buying tickets before you go as the waiting lines were massive.

Food & beverages, sharp metallic tools or objects, weapons, large travel bags, backpacks, suitcases, and umbrellas are not allowed on this experience.

Note that you cannot touch restricted artworks and furniture, sit on chairs, on the palace floors, or obstruct the passage. Also, running around the rooms, smoking in patios, gardens, or indoor rooms is strictly not allowed.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

The digital audio guide can be downloaded at the start of the tour using a simple QR code. It features insights from Joana Vasconcelos herself.

Please keep in mind that your visits to certain sections of the palace may be timed.

The palace may be closed on special occasions for the celebration of official acts.

Entry is free between 5pm to 7pm (4pm to 6pm in winter) from Mon to Thu for citizens of the European Union, residents, and holders of a work permit. To avail, simply carry the required ID proof.

Expect a wait time of up to 1 to 2 hours on busy days before your experience begins.
