Abbiamo trovato facilmente l'ingresso; nonostante fossero già le 11 di sabato mattina, la fila è stata breve e scorrevole. Tutto è stato gestito ala perfezione e il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci le indicazioni. Con la nostra audioguida abbiamo potuto godere di un'esperienza intensa e la visita si è prolungata rispetto a quanto previsto. Le descrizioni interessanti e i racconti avvincenti ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il tour, a tratti emozionante. Una bellissima esperienza che consiglio vivamente agli amanti della storia della monarchia inglese!

Even tho we purchased tickets weeks before the queues were still horrendous at 9.30am Once inside it was amazing so well organised and all staff so very helpful. The jewels are out of this world. But yet again a very long queue to enter. All other attractions were easier to navigate but just as awesome with lots to see and stories to listen too. Thank you for a great day. x

We gained easy entrance to the Tower using the QR code. Helpful staff and volunteers gave us directions and a map. There was lots to see and mountains of information everywhere. We saw the changing of the guards, the ravens ( they were very tame), with the highlight being the Crown Jewels. All in all, a great experience.

Inesquecível! Recomendo! Não tínhamos o ticket "skip-the-line", o que nos deixou na dúvida se iríamos sofrer muito na fila. Mas encontramos um processo muito bem organizado. A visita ao London Eye foi inesquecível e a vista estava incrível! Pra completar, tivemos um dia lindo demais! Um Presente num fim de semana especial.

Excellent visit to the Tower of London. We doubted we could spend a lot of time there but we did. We arrived at 10 to avoid the que listened to the Dex guide supplied by Headout which was very good and then explored on our own. No problem with the e-tickets. Headout kept us up to date with things right up to the visit.

Buenos dias, la llegada fue exacta a la que nos indicaron en la pagina, nos dieron los audifonos y ivamos por cada edificio , las explicaciones en las joyas, accesorios de los reyes fue espectacular, el calaboso ,los caballos y escudos y las vistas al rio. Lonrecomiendo Gracias Glory y Cesar

Ein rundum gelungener Besuch im Tower of London! Die gesamte Anlage ist beeindruckend und bietet unglaublich viel Geschichte auf relativ engem Raum. Besonders die Kronjuwelen und der White Tower haben uns begeistert. Auch die Atmosphäre innerhalb der historischen Mauern ist etwas Besonderes – man kann sich gut vorstellen, welche Bedeutung dieser Ort über die Jahrhunderte hatte. Die Organisation war unkompliziert und der Einlass mit den Tickets funktionierte problemlos. Wir haben mehrere Stunden im Tower verbracht und hätten problemlos noch länger bleiben können. Für einen London-Besuch aus unserer Sicht absolut sehenswert und eine klare Empfehlung!

If you come to London and don’t see the Crown Jewels, you’ve missed something truly special. Photos simply don’t do them justice – seeing them in person is breathtaking. The history, the beauty and the feeling of standing so close to objects that have been part of the British monarchy for centuries make this an unforgettable experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to London. Absolutely worth seeing!

Tutto perfetto, la torre di Londra è veramente bellissima, con i biglietti presi su headout abbiamo risparmiato ed è stato facilissimo entrare, in più con l'audio guida fornita voi ci siamo risparmiato anche le 7 sterline.

What to expect

Royal Observatory Greenwich

Set at the heart of Royal Museums Greenwich, the Royal Observatory is known as the birthplace of Greenwich Mean Time and the Prime Meridian.

Features:

Stand on the Prime Meridian Line with one foot in each hemisphere at the very spot that sets the global standard for longitude and time.

Look out for the historic time ball dropping at 1pm, a signal that once helped ships set their chronometers for accurate navigation.

Step into the Octagon Room, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, and see where early astronomers observed the skies.

Use the multilingual downloadable audio guide, including British Sign Language, to learn the stories behind the exhibits as you move through the observatory.

Tower of London

A UNESCO World Heritage fortress, the Tower of London has served as royal residence, prison, treasury, and armoury over nearly a thousand years.

View the Crown Jewels, a working collection of regalia that includes 23,578 gemstones and is still used in royal ceremonies.

Explore the White Tower, the oldest part of the complex, and see its displays of arms and armour.

What's not allowed

Royal Observatory Greenwich

Oversized bags, suitcases, and large luggage items cannot be taken inside the Royal Observatory.

Only registered assistance animals are permitted; pets are not allowed.

Food and drinks are not allowed in exhibition spaces.

Tower of London

Photography is allowed in most areas, except the Jewel House and the Chapel of St. John.

Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in this experience.

Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed.

Accessibility

Royal Observatory Greenwich

Due to the historic nature of the Royal Observatory, some areas are not fully accessible. The Octagon Room and Great Equatorial Telescope can only be reached via staircases.

Accessible parking is available, but only with a valid car park ticket.

Visitors with disabilities may bring one companion free of charge, but this must be registered ahead of time.

Tower of London

This experience is partially wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Complimentary adult carer/companion tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of supporting documents (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Royal Observatory Greenwich

The standard entry ticket includes a self-guided visit.

The Royal Observatory is open from 10am-5pm daily with last admission to each venue at 4:15 pm.

Entry does not include shows at the Peter Harrison Planetarium.

Children under 4 years may enter free of charge but must be registered with a paying adult.

Tower of London

The Crown Jewels are a working collection and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.

You can arrive within 30 mins of your ticket time (e.g., between 10am–10:29am). We are unable to guarantee entry before or after your time slot.

Your ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is permitted.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
