Loved how seamless the experience with buying a ticket with headout was. The royal observatory was a once in a lifetime experience with learning so many different things about our astronomical history that I had no idea about. Very fascinating!

Our visit to the Greenwich Observatory was really enjoyable. The only thing I would have preferred is if they sold one pair of solar eclipse glasses per person rather than one per family. ☺️ I definitely recommend the visit!

What an amazing experience! You will not be disappointed. Use the Audi guide that you download on your phone when you enter. NO PROBLEM if you don't want to do this. The same information is provided as you make your way around this amazing historical experience . The narration brings this experience to life. The experience unravels more and more as you work your way round. Make sure you complete the entire visit to feel the entire life of the crew aboard. Listen out for intermittent talks by some amazing characters sharing their experiences of the past

When we went to the main telescope, there was a large group. And we could not enjoy the experience as we wanted. This group was panderred to at every part of the experience. Making us feel very hurried and not able to take in the incredible exhibits. There guid was extremely loud and this also took away from our experience. We left underwhelmed. Such a shame, because my wife and I were very excited to tick off a bucket list experience

Step aboard Cutty Sark, the world’s last surviving tea clipper and a 963-ton Victorian sailing ship that once raced tea from China to London.

Due to the historic nature of the ship, the experience may not be fully suitable for all mobility needs.

A maximum of three wheelchairs can be accommodated on the ship at any one time to comply with fire safety and evacuation regulations.

Accessible parking is only available if you have the corresponding car park ticket.

Royal Observatory Greenwich

Due to the historic nature of the Royal Observatory, some areas are not fully accessible. The Octagon Room and Great Equatorial Telescope can only be reached via staircases.

Visitors with disabilities may bring one companion free of charge, but this must be registered ahead of time.
