Accessibility

• Wheelchair accessibility: Most areas included in the tour are wheelchair accessible. Some sections may be unavailable due to stadium operations or ongoing events.

• Disclaimer: Keep in mind that the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible via the elevator, and is not wheelchair accessible as a result.

• Guide dogs: Certified guide dogs are allowed at the venue, provided you carry all official documentation for verification.

• Temporary closures: Some areas of the stadium may be temporarily closed due to matches, events, or maintenance.

• Please note that on the day of a soccer game and the day before, you will not be allowed to visit the benches or the locker rooms.

• Security screening: Your tickets only let you bypass the ticket lines; you'll still need to pass through the mandatory security screening upon entry.
