What’s not allowed

- Drones, large bags, suitcases, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
- It is prohibited to use cameras on all body slides that are ridden without tubes (like the Aqua Loop, Freefall, and Matt Racer).
- Re-entry is not allowed.
Dolphinarium Pattaya
- Keep in mind alcohol, balloons, firecrackers, fireworks, weapons, chemicals, narcotic substances, strong-smelling objects and liquids, poisons, large bags, and suitcases are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
- Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.
- It is restricted to touch seals and dolphins without the trainers’ permission, throw anything into the pool, put your hands or face over the pool, or stand near the pool’s edge.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
