El paisaje es paradisíaco, desde la exuberante vegetación hasta las cuidadas edificaciones y grutas, y sobre todo esto el palacio recortandoae sobre el cielo .

La Quinta da Regaleira té racons realment fascinants, com el famós pou iniciàtic i el seu entramat de túnels, però l'experiència global queda molt deslluïda per la massificació turística. És gairebé impossible gaudir del misticisme o de la pau dels seus jardins quan has de fer cues monumentals només per fer una foto o per caminar pels senders. A més, la manca de control en l'aforament fa que un lloc que hauria de ser màgic es converteixi en un espai estressant i incòmode de visitar.

Da comprare assolutamente online prima di arrivare perché in loco non se ne trovano, ho avuto la fortuna di trovare una combo con gli orari che volevo per entrambi. Audioguida per il palazzo non serve perché c'è quella ufficiale gratuita, ma per Quinta da Regaleira è indispensabile per non perdersi ed essere sicuri di aver visto tutto

It was a really nice audio guide. Very descriptive excerpts of history. One thing I would be interested in learning about is the involvement in the Transatlantic Slave Trade. I'm very sure these ancient castles weren't here just NOT being involved in that at at all. The ones responsible for starting that were of royal courts...

Las dos visitas tanto el palacio como la quinta son impresionantes y totalmente recomendables , además el transfer para subir al palacio da pena fue rápido y cómodo , un acierto , también ambas tenían audioguia aunque el wifi y red telefónica eran deficientes por eso era mejor descargar las audioguias .

Buying tickets in advance was very helpful because they had sold out for the day when we got there. It was a relief that I had already booked the tickets. We could easily skip any lines and head inside. Glad that they give a 30min window for entry. The audio guide was useful to get an intro to the place. I had downloaded it in advance. We didn't listen to the whole guide. Just stood near the entrance, listened to a few sections before heading over to explore. It was useful to have some guidance.
