Your day brings together three of Bali’s popular experiences: an off-road ATV adventure, a jungle swing ride, and a walk through the iconic Tegallalang Rice Terraces.

Getting started

Head to the Gorilla Quad Adventure base camp or select hotel pickup if it’s included in your booking. If you’re meeting at the base camp, search for “Gorilla Quad Adventure” on Google Maps or use the location link provided after booking. Arrive 15 minutes before your selected time for check-in and your ATV safety briefing.

What to expect

ATV adventure

Start with a 1.5-hour guided quad bike ride through Ubud’s countryside, tackling muddy trails and varied terrain.

• Ride through Gorilla Face Cave, a distinctive feature of the ATV route.

• Navigate rice paddies, bamboo forests, rivers, muddy paths, and traditional village trails.

• Choose a solo ATV to ride independently or a tandem ATV to share with a companion.

• Use the provided safety equipment, including a helmet, boots, elbow pads, and knee pads, and follow your guide’s riding instructions.

Ubud Swing

Continue to the Ubud Swing for a ride above the tropical landscape, with opportunities to capture photos of the surrounding greenery.

• Take a swing ride with views over the jungle and surrounding valleys.

• Use the provided swing safety equipment during the experience.

• Enjoy the swing as a contrasting experience after the muddy ATV adventure.

Tegallalang Rice Terraces

Explore the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, known for their green, stepped rice paddies and traditional Balinese irrigation system.

• Walk through the rice terrace area and take photos of the layered green fields.

• Observe the traditional subak irrigation landscape that shapes the terraces.

• Enjoy a slower-paced visit after the ATV ride and swing experience.

Wrapping up

Lunch is included, with fried rice or fried noodles available, along with bottled water. You can use the provided shower room, changing room, locker, and towel after your ATV ride. If you selected round-trip hotel transfers, your driver will take you back to your pickup location. Otherwise, arrange your own transport from the activity locations.
