Assez simple d utilisation quand on comprend qu il faut utiliser la reference pour avoir son billet en caisse.Sur mon billet il etait indique que j avais 3 jours pour l utiliser mais qd je suis allee faire le musee correr, on m a dit que mon billet n etait plus valable!!qu il avait une validite de seulement 24h.A verifier.

Tramitacion sencilla sin ningun problema en la aplicacion ni en la obtencion de los tickets en la entrada. Muy intetesante madrugar para evitar aglomeraciones, aunque las entradas permiten rel accedo hasta las 18:00, mekor presentarse sobre las 9:00

Очень удобно, без очереди прошли в музей и все рассмотрели в своем темпе. Дворец дожей - это незабываемое впечатление: роспись, зал оружия, тюрьма. Только не нашли мост Вздохов, он нигде не был указан на указателях музея.

Great museum. Not clear the voucher redeem is on the oficial ticket office. As I need to go to the official ticket office, there is no "skip the line" at all. 5* was a mistake.

Me encantó la visita al Palacio Ducal, es el mismo precio que en la web oficial. Cuando llegas, enseñas la reserva y te hacen pasar a la venta de entradas donde te preguntan a qué hora quieres entrar. En la visita, para la audioguía tienes que descargar una APP en el móvil que te va explicando las diferentes estancias (eso es igual compres donde compres las entradas).

Ingresso abbastanza veloce calcolando che a Venezia c'è sempre molta gente specialmente nel week-end, il palazzo Ducale è meraviglioso, ogni stanza ha qualcosa di particolare, soffitti spettacolari , quadri enormi. Poi l'esperienza di passare sul ponte dei sospiri e vedere le vecchie prigioni...visita veramente soddisfacente per tutta la famiglia

Validity: 2 days

Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport. The ACTV Tickets and Travelcard are activated from the moment they are first validated.

One luggage item is allowed, with a maximum total size of 150 cm (length + width + height).

Venice Museum Pass with Fast-Track Tickets to Doge's Palace

The Venice Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

The pass is activated when you use it at the first attraction and is valid for consecutive days.

Entry to Doge’s Palace is valid only on the date selected during booking.

Visits to Doge’s Palace are permitted between 12pm and 6pm. Waiting times may occur due to required security checks.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.

2-Day Pass: Venice ACTV Water Bus Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. There is no need to print the same. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher. You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.

Venice Museum Pass

You will receive an email with your Venice Museum Pass shortly. Download the pass on your mobile device or print it out according to your own convenience and display your voucher at the museum entrances as mentioned in the mail for prompt entry. The pass will be activated after its first usage and will remain active for consecutive days depending on your choice of pass.

The admission to DOGE'S PALACE is valid ONLY for the date selected at the time of purchase.
