Lorsque nous sommes arrivé pour retirer nos billets, on nous as dis de revenir plus tard. Mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés arrivé les explications avaient déjà commencé et on ne nous a pas donné nos billets (oubli) nous avons dû revenir plus tard avec le guide. Sinon parfait !

O relógio em si é uma obra de arte. A cada hora os adornos se movimentam tocando sinos e as janelas se abrem para a a passagem dos apóstolos. A subida na torre é cansativa, mas nos mostra uma vista da cidade.

Las explicaciones y el equipo de personas que las daban estuvo bien, el problema es la gran cantidad de gente que visita este lugar que impide poder planificar bien las visitas de las distintas partes.

Our guide was excellent—she was inspiring and shared fascinating details and anecdotes about the castle’s history and its rulers. Wish her all the best. There were queues in several places, but they moved fairly smoothly overall. The main challenge was the narrow corridors and two-way traffic. Buying tickets online was easy, but on-site we would have appreciated clearer instructions on how things work and that we needed separate paper tickets, etc. The staff were helpful and friendly, but clearer guidance would significantly reduce their workload.

Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

A working internet connection is essential for the online audio guide to work properly.

Meet the representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella. It is strongly advised to enter the Prague Castle complex from the side entrance of the Pražský Hrad tram station.
