The service was excellent in every department. The staff are friendly, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. In comparison to my experience last year which was in a different lounge (perhaps an older Cathay terminal?) which was crowded and ordinary. I would recommend taking the opportunity to use the Premium Lounge to other travellers who may have a longer than usual lay-over.

I booked for a shower as soon as I got there. I was informed the shower wasn't available until 12:10 which was30 min before I was due to board. I asked for a refund then suddenly there was a vacancy 1 hr earlier . I was given a buzzer and told to wait in the Lounge which was packed and hot . The food was rubbish. All o O ate were two lukewarm warm spring rolls. Definitely NOt worth the money

Paid for our family of four due to a long stop over on a long haul flight. Atteneded the Gate 35 lounge when it opened at 6am. Food choices were not extensive and that is the main gripe, but the lounge itself was very clean and well serviced by staff. We wanted to shower to refresh for our next flight and were well looked after by the staff.

Pretty good lounge with a comfortable atmosphere, clean facilities, and friendly staff. The food and drinks were decent overall. The only downside was the limited vegetarian options—there wasn’t much variety for vegetarians. Expanding the vegetarian menu would make the experience even better. Overall, a good place to relax before a flight.

Made to feel very welcomed. Staff very helpful and engaged. Food overall was good and new dishes appearing on a regular basis. We booked a shower which was excellent. Our stay, was for 6 hours and worth every $. We found the time spent gave us a chance to relax and ready for our long onward journey. HIGHLY recommend it. Louise
