Con il city pass per Firenze abbiamo visitato gli Uffizi con il salta fila abbiamo saltato tutta la coda davanti a noi. Ci siamo incaminate tra gli immensi corridoi e immerse tra le opere più belle ed entusiasmanti di sempre . Il nostro tour è continuato con la visita del palazzo Pitti e anche lì abbiamo evitato la gente prima di noi , tra abiti storici e stanze con i soffiti meravigliosi abbiamo vissuto veramente delle belle sensazioni tra i vari peiodi storici . Vi consiglio di acquistare il pass per Firenze molto comodo e soprattutto vi arricchirà di cultura.

The Headout audioguide for Pitti palace was the perfet companion to this beautiful location. Without it, it would have been nice to see pretty art on a wall and a beautiful building, but audioguide completely unlocked whole new layers of the meaning, depth and beauty of the palace and its art in a way that left me speechless and raving to my friends at the same time. The guide was clear, well spoken, and pulled me in to the stories behind the art and its owners. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We had a great experience. The Pa;ace was fascinating. Unfortunately we got causgt in a downpour while in the Boboli Gardens. Not the tours problem. Dodn't relize that we needed our iphone earbuds. Not clear in the instructions. No audio guide as a result.

A wonderful couple of hours exploring the Boboli Gardens and the Pitti Palace. Great views of Florence and its hinterland from various viewpoints in the gardens and gosh what treasures in the palace.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed in the galleries.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair-friendly, with ramps and elevators throughout the main buildings.

Accessible restrooms are available on site.

Staff are trained to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry or tour time.

Palazzo Pitti is typically open Tuesday through Sunday, from 9am to 5pm.

Children aged 0–17 can enter for free but still require a booked ticket. EU citizens aged 18–25 qualify for reduced tickets.

You will receive an email with your mobile voucher soon after purchase.

Please display the same along with a valid photo ID at the ticket office to gain entry.
