The cruise was great. Although the inclusions mentioned cake with tea or coffee, we only received cake. Some staff members were not very friendly. Other than that, the scenery and the one-hour ride were enjoyable. The Penguin Parade was a bit of a disappointment. If you really want to see the penguins clearly, I’d recommend purchasing premium tickets, the view from there is much better I believe . The general viewing area wasn’t good at all; we could barely see anything, only shadows.

The ticketing experience was very disappointing I had so much trouble trying to downsize my group booking . It took so long to get any real answers & help as AI didn't understand my request. It was very frustrating and took so long to get answers that we ran out of time . The real person was very helpful explaining , however it was too late to change the booking by the time I got any sense in how to do it. Not her fault .. the company needs to improve their website re:!ticket changing and refunds.. I was frustrated and annoyed with the whole process ....but we did have a good trip even though the weather wasn't the best.

Both the Penguin Parade and the cruise were very good -- well organised, very well informed, and with friendly and competent staff. We enjoyed the information shared by the staff, seeing the penguins, and being out on the boat (and on a sunny morning).

Marvel at the rugged coastline and the towering granite cliffs of Cape Woolamai rising majestically from the sea on this 1-hour morning cruise.

Keep an eye out for dolphins swimming in the water or fur seals laying on a rock under the sun.

Well planned, value for money. The cruise was easy to access and good viewing. Timing and starting place was good. Plenty of space in the ship. Very supportive and friendly crew. Highly recommend.

We loved the trip. The crew were so friendly and helpful. There were plenty of seating for everyone. I haven't seen that side of Phillip Island before. This is a definite must do!
