I booked the Petronas Towers, along with a meal at the KL Tower. Now my fault, but I thought I was booking a meal at the Petronas Towers, so I booked 45' slot at 17:00 at Petronas Towers, and 18:00 for dinner, which was at KL Towers. There is not enough time to get to the second venue, so I thought the system would pick this up. I tried to change my dining time to a later slot, spent an hour conversing with AI, to be told this is not possible. We got to the KL Towers over an hour late, but there was no rush as they just let us have our dinner in our own time, and was a very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend, it was just very stressful getting there.

We used the hop on hop of tourist bus to view the towers during the day and had pre-booked entry into the Towers a week ahead of our travel date. We return in the evening to go up to the towers and found this to be a spectacular experience. I did return a second time in the evening for some photo shoots from the water fountain area. It was an amazing experience.

Upon arrival we was asked if we wanted to pay extra for a window seat which we did. What a fantastic night view over a beautiful city. The buffet was unbelievable so many different dishes. The staff were really friendly and as soon as you got up to try something else your dirty plate was taken away. Would highly recommend it. Great value.

Enjoyed the Petronas Twin Towers visit experience. The views were wonderful. The conduct by the Petronas staff was friendly and professional. Overall a good experience. Worth the time and money!

I was extremely impressed with the scenic views. A 360 degree views of the entire city was just amazing. However, the food did not compare. Many items were just mediocre and were even served cold. The experience was great but would not repeat. I believe it would be best to reduce the number of items and increase the quality of each item being served. Additionally, while many people in Asia love the taste of Durian many others do not and my Blueberry ice cream tasted horrible because it obviously was stored near or with the Durian ice cream.

Der Entritt mit den Tickets war unkompliziert und einfach. Das Essen ausgezeichnte. Nebst Sushi und Sashimi gab es allerlei Vorspeisen und Suppen. Zur Hauptspeisen feine Gerichte aus der Asiatischen Küche. Zum Dessert gab es ein reichhaltiges Desserbuffet mit Torten, Kuchen, frischen Früchten und Eiscreme. Einziger Minuspunk war, dass es keinen Alkohol gab zum Essen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir können das Drehrestaurant absolut empfehlen.

did not stated we should get a temporary ticket from counter (end up when we reach the lift then we have been informed we need so. food can be improved .... environment is good... food variety limited... probably fireworks can be arranged when u have more guest....
