El guía Santiago magnífico, muy educado, facilitó información histórica y artística abundante y también informacion práctica. Lo que no me explico, aunque no depende de Headout, es que el precio de la entrada al castillo de Bran cueste un 50% más que la del castillo de Peles, que está más lejos pero merece muchísimo más la pena, en mi opinión. Aparte que la decoración (calabazas, telas de araña, etc), que han puesto ahora en el castillo de Bran, por Halloween, es ridícula e infantil.

Nous avons très apprécié notre guide Irina Chiş, une conteuse née, qui connaît si bien le château Peleş puisqu'elle le fréquente depuis son enfance, qu'elle nous raconte des anecdotes (pas seulement des détails techniques)! Irina donne vie au château et à son histoire!

Castle was amazing. The different rooms gave you a look back at the extravagance of the Romanian Monarchy. A lot of castles were raided by the communists, this Castle ( more of a palace ) was able to keep everything in tact. Well worth the cost!

Built in the late 19th century, Peles Castle is a landmark of Romanian heritage, set against the Carpathian Mountains in Sinaia. This royal residence is celebrated for its blend of Neo-Renaissance architecture and rich historical significance.

Flash photography is not allowed inside the museum.

Pets are not allowed in the museum.

The castle is not wheelchair accessible.

Aditional information

Photo taxes are not included in the price and can be purchased directly at the door for 35 lei per person (approximately €7.50).

Everyday, between 12:30pm and 1pm, a break is introduced for disinfecting surfaces and ventilating exhibition spaces.

During the visit, please maintain silence and decorum, since this is a cultural institution.

To make your visit easier, you can leave clothes, umbrellas, backpacks or other personal items in the museum's wardrobe.

A decent outfit is expected when you visit the museum.

The Peles National Museum does not manage parking for visitors.
