Parque Warner

• Choose a cashless payment option: Bring a credit or debit card for purchases inside the park, as some restaurants, snack kiosks, and retail stores may not accept cash.

Warner Beach

• Plan your visit using the official app: Before heading to the park, download the Parque Warner Beach app on your iPhone or Android device. It provides access to your tickets, park maps, accessibility details, and other useful features to help you plan and enjoy a hassle-free visit.

What's not allowed

Parque Warner

• Dining inside the park: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. Guests can enjoy meals and refreshments at the restaurants and food outlets available throughout the venue.

Warner Beach

• Ride restrictions: To ensure everyone's safety, many attractions have specific age, height, and health requirements. Check the restrictions posted at the entrance of each ride before joining the queue.

• Food and beverage policy: Bringing outside food and drinks into the park is prohibited. However, you can find a range of restaurants, snack bars, and refreshment outlets throughout the park.

• Restricted items: Bicycles, skates, scooters, skateboards, and other similar recreational or mobility equipment are not permitted inside the park.

• Smoking and alcohol: Smoking, using e-cigarettes or vapes, and bringing alcoholic beverages into the park are not allowed.

• Pets: Animals and pets are not permitted inside the park.

• Respectful photography and filming: Photography and video recording are prohibited when they depict behaviour, gestures, clothing, symbols, or accessories that are disrespectful, obscene, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or otherwise contrary to human dignity, the park's operating rules, or Parque Warner Beach's family-friendly atmosphere. Additionally, selfie sticks are strictly forbidden on all rides.

• Water attractions: Swimming or bathing in fountains and other water features that are not specifically intended for swimming or recreational activities is strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

Parque Warner

• Ride suitability: Some attractions are not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart, back, or neck conditions. Please check the safety information displayed at each ride before joining the queue.

Warner Beach

• Customer care: Guests with disabilities can visit the park's dedicated customer care office for personalised assistance and information about the accessibility services and facilities available.

• Parking for guests with reduced mobility: Designated accessible parking spaces are provided near the park entrance for visitors with reduced mobility.

• Rides: Certain attractions can accommodate guests with mobility impairments. Since accessibility conditions differ between rides, check with park staff or consult the information displayed at each attraction before entering the queue.

• Service animals: Accredited guide dogs and other recognised service animals are permitted throughout the park.

Additional information

Parque Warner

• Note: This ticket includes entry to Parque Warner for two consecutive days, with access to Parque Warner Beach on the second day of your selected visit.

• Separate tickets: Scare attractions, including the House of Terror, are not included with your admission ticket and must be purchased separately.

• Fast Pass availability: This ticket does not include Fast Pass access. During weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, popular attractions may have longer wait times.

• Language assistance: Most ride safety announcements and operating instructions are provided in Spanish. Limited English assistance is available within the park.

• Ride closures: Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or seasonal operations. Check the park's official calendar before your visit for the latest updates.

• Visiting with children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while inside the park.

Warner Beach

• Guest facilities: For added convenience, the park provides lockers, rubber rings, sunbeds, changing rooms, and first-aid services.

• Lockers: Keep your belongings with you throughout your visit, and avoid leaving valuables unattended on towels, sun loungers, or anywhere else in the park. Lockers are available for rent when you arrive. The park accepts no responsibility for belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged if they have not been secured in the lockers provided.

• Parking: Parking tickets are available for purchase at the parking ticket offices. The applicable parking fees and rules are displayed before you enter the parking area. Each ticket covers one vehicle and permits parking from the park's opening time until closing time on the date the ticket is purchased.

• Adult supervision: Children younger than 14 must remain accompanied by an adult at all times while inside the park.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
