I really wanted to go to this beautiful place but I didn't have tickets I got these tickets last minute and they were great We had a great experience

Admission sur le site très facile quand on a acheté les billets d’entrée à l'avance. De combiner avec la conciergerie était aussi une très bonne idée. Nous n’y serions peut-être pas allés, mais nous beaucoup apprécié et surtout pas regretté.

We started with the conciergerie. The experience there was fantastic. The interactive tablets with virtual presentations added a depth of understanding and imagination to the visit. Moving to Saint Chapelle, pre purchasing tickets meant a much shorter wait time, thankfully as non ticketed lines were very long. Chapelle itself and its stained glass windows were magnificent. The Rose window especially. The only downside was the restoration works going on which blocked a good part of the interior stained glass windows. The use of mirrors by construction workers though was a Master stroke.

Ho acquistato 2 biglietti per Sainte Chapelle & Conciergerie, l'aquisto è stato semplice e i prezzi migliori dei siti governativi. L'ingresso della cappella è sempre abbastanza affollato, ma siamo entrati in perfetto orario. I gruppi non sono troppo numerosi e si può godere della splendida vista senza disturbo. Visitare queste due location è a mio avviso d'obbligo, la Sainte Chapelle da sola vale il prezzo del biglietto, piccolina ma affascinante più di Notredame, con tutto il rispetto.

Muy hermosa la capilla y la conciergerie. Me agradó que teníamos una hora de reserva para poder entrar a ambos lugares. Nos perdimos en el metro y llegamos 11:40 cuando la reservación era a las 11 (con posibilidad de entrar hasta las 12) las 12 nos permitieron entrar a la capilla, saliendo de ahí hicimos el intento de entrar a conciergeria y si nos permitieron el acceso.

Convenient to do both together. Very small queue. For Concergerie the i-pad showing how the rooms looked centuries ago was interesting. Sainte-Chapelle must have the most beautiful gift shop anywhere. You have to hunt for the narrow stairs that take you to the chapel itself. Not overly crowded.

Visit Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie with one ticket, covering two major monuments on Île de la Cité.

See Sainte-Chapelle’s stained glass windows, known for biblical scenes spread across the upper chapel walls.

Explore the Conciergerie’s royal halls and prison spaces, including its links to the French Revolution.

Getting started

Begin your experience by presenting your ticket at the entrance of either Sainte-Chapelle or the Conciergerie. Both monuments are located on the Île de la Cité in central Paris, just a short walk from each other. You can choose which site to visit first, but both must be visited on the same day.

What to expect

Sainte-Chapelle

A masterpiece of Gothic architecture, Sainte-Chapelle is renowned for its towering stained glass windows and royal history.

Features

Admire 15 monumental stained glass windows, each soaring 15 meters high and depicting over 1,000 biblical scenes in vibrant color.

Explore the lower chapel, originally built for palace staff, before ascending to the upper chapel, once reserved for the royal family and housing precious Christian relics.

Entry to Sainte-Chapelle is included with your ticket, allowing you to experience the artistry and spiritual significance of this 13th-century chapel at your own pace.

Conciergerie

Once a royal palace and later a revolutionary prison, the Conciergerie offers a glimpse into Paris’s medieval and revolutionary past.

What’s not allowed
