Das Ticket auf die genaue Eintrittszeit war super und alles hat prima geklappt. Mit dieser Ticket-Variante steht man ca. 5min an was für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr sehr gut ist. Der Audio Guide per download und handy hat leider nur teilweise halb funktioniert. Fazit: Eintritt top, Audio Guide flop

J’ai visité cet endroit récemment et j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux dès mon arrivée, et le personnel a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions avec patience. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux détails, que ce soit dans le service ou dans la présentation. Le produit/service correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes, voire les dépassait. Tout était bien organisé et l’ambiance était agréable, ce qui a rendu le moment encore plus plaisant. Le temps d’attente était raisonnable et tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide. J'ai beaucoup aimé retrouver des oeuvres que j'avais vu dans l'Ecyclopedia Universalis il y az 30 ans, en ignorant totalement qu'elle se trouvait au Musée d'Orsay.

This was just fabulous. The Museum had a cafe to serve breakfast, which was excellent and room after room of the most wonderful Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings by the well known artists and the not-so-well-known. It was busy, but most people moved on quickly and left us in peace and quiet to experience what we had come to Paris to see. There was so much more to see, sculptures from the past being one more exhibit to enjoy.

Wheelchairs are available in exchange for a piece of identification.

Cloakrooms are available free of charge for visitors to drop off their coats, small luggage, and other items subject to a compulsory deposit.

The deposit capacity will be reduced due to ongoing maintenance work in the cloakrooms. Please try and limit personal belongings during your visit.

Cabin-size baggage (56x45x25 cm) is allowed, but valuables are not accepted.

Each reservation slot is 30 minutes, meaning that if you have a reservation for 10am, you will be able to access the monument till 10:30am at the latest.

Please note that there is free admission during the following days: European Heritage Days on the third weekend of Sep, and every first Sunday of the month from Nov to Mar.

Strollers must be small and collapsible in order to enter the X-ray detection machines.

Please note that, on some days, there might be a long waiting queue at the entrance of the monument.
