The check-in process was very easy. There was a guide at the entrance who helped direct us where to go, and the signs were clear and easy to follow. Once inside, we were provided with headsets for the audio tour, which was one of my favorite parts of the experience. The headset used location services to automatically recognize where we were along the catacombs and provide information about each site as we passed it, so there was no need to manually enter anything. Overall, it was a great tour and a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely book with Headout again!

Muy buena la comida y el recorrido, solo el puerto debería esta un poco más señalado con luz qué de noche no se ve, y los meseros no atienden a todos igual uno de los meseros por atender la mesa de al lado que estaban consumiendo más botellas de vino puso en nuestra mesa una botella vacía de limonada y coca cola por atenderlos a ellos y nos dejó las botellas en nuestra mesa como si fuéramos indeseables.

The Heafout process was so easy, start to finish. I went online, ordered the tickets, received them by email. We didn't have a timed ticket which was great!! Since our plans changed we were able to show up anytime the day of our tickets. We got in line, showed our tickets and had a great time at the top of the Arc de Triomphe. Absolutely well worth it. What a view!!!

Well, it was a bit of a challenge at first as our tickets did not have the QR code, but it took one simple phone call to the third-party provider on our receipt to have them sent via WhatsApp and via email to us right away. We got into the event and are glad we made the choice to do so. It was very interesting and educational both for my daughter and myself.

We encourage anyone to take this subterranean tour provided it does not worry you to be deep down under the level of the city's sewers and metro tunnels. It feels like going to a different world and era. It's unimaginable to realize so many humans were exhumed from their graves and so methodically stacked within the miles of tunnels.

J'ai adoré les catacombes. C'était autant un incontournable que la tour Eiffel pour mon 1er voyage en Europe et à Paris inévitablement! Cela m'intriguait beaucoup . J' ai pris la visite avec l'audio guide qui m'a appris bien des choses et du coup avec sa musique par moment rendait l'expérience fascinante. Je recommande vivement!

I prefer going to the top of the Arc de Triomphe rather than the Eiffel Tower. There's room to walk around and get great pictures with all parts of the city. There's a nice gift shop that has unique treasures to purchase-especially the jewelry. The elevator was out of order but it was a great workout for a gorgeous reward at the top.

I couldn't download my tickets and an employee passed me her wifi. That was very nice of her. It was a beautiful view. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.

Please note that there is free admission during the following days: European Heritage Days on the third weekend of Sep, and every first Sunday of the month from Nov to Mar.

Entry is free for anyone under the age of 18 years, and for European Union nationals or non-EU residents in France aged between 18 and 25 years (an ID is necessary).

Entry is free for disabled guests with an accompanying adult, jobseekers (on presentation of a certificate less than 6 months old), and holders of a valid education pass.

Entry is also free for soldiers, gendarmes and CRS carrying the professional card and “Sentinelle” mission order, members of ICOM and ICOMOS, holder of the Ministry of Culture card with a companion.

A Paris Catacombs audio guide runs for 30 minutes; however, you may stay inside longer if you wish to do so. You will have the ability to pause and resume your audio guide at any point in time.
