L'attention du personnel à Paris, leur proffessionalisme, leur bonne disposition. Malheureusement, tout le procès de réservation par internet, une catastrophe! J'ai payé 110€ "soit disant" un combo pour 2 personnes pour la tour et pour l'arc du triomphe avec visite guidée, allant au sommet à la T Eiffel. Il s'est avéré que je n'avais qu'une personne pour la T E. Ai dû acheter un billet pour 25€. Arrivée sur place, il y avait UN seul billet jusqu'au Sommet, donc ai dû payer 20€ en plus pour être. TOTAL 145€. Je ne vois pas où est la réduction.

I had very good experience and enjoyed visiting L'Arc de Triumph. There was no crowd at the time I went, entry was smooth, stairs that are leading to the top are very cosy for climbing. Views from the top is amazing really and I couldn't stop looking, especially over the Avenue Champs-e'Lysees and towards the Eiffel Tower. Weather was not perfect but there was no rainfall, only some clouds in the sky so everything was, really, more than good experience.

Plus de tickets disponibles sur le site officiel de l'Arc de Triomphe, alors que Headout permettait d'en obtenir. Et heureusement, car la file d'attente au guichet était impressionnante. Il faut néanmoins faire Un peu la queue pour passer les portiques de sécurité, mais la vue au sommet vaut le coup.

top expérience. pas vu tout de suite que notre accès était vlable plusieurs années. ON n'a pas pu monter le jour meme vu la cloture des champs élysées dès l'après-midi. Du coup, on pensait ne plus avoir accès avec nos tickets. C'est marqué dans le mail.. mais pas clair à 100%

C'était un super moment. La météo était de la partie en plus. Avoir le cœur bien entraîné pour monter les nombreuses marches en Colimaçon sans palier pour faire une pause !

The Catacombs maintain a constant temperature of 14°C (57°F). Be sure to dress warmly or bring a jacket. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty

This experience is not suitable for individuals with a motor disability or with cardiac or respiratory insufficiency, pregnant women, sensitive individuals, claustrophobic individuals.

It is prohibited to enter the Catacombs with a suitcase, a large bag, or a motorcycle helmet. Bags no larger than 40x30x20 cm are allowed. They must be carried on the front or held at your side.

Strollers are not allowed into the venue. Please use a baby carrier.

Photography is allowed without the use of tripods or bulky equipment.

Touching the bones is prohibited.

Please note that there is free admission during the following days: European Heritage Days on the third weekend of Sep, and every first Sunday of the month from Nov to Mar.

Entry is free for anyone under the age of 18 years, and for European Union nationals or non-EU residents in France aged between 18 and 25 years (an ID is necessary).

Entry is free for disabled guests with an accompanying adult, jobseekers (on presentation of a certificate less than 6 months old), and holders of a valid education pass.

Entry is also free for soldiers, gendarmes and CRS carrying the professional card and “Sentinelle” mission order, members of ICOM and ICOMOS, holder of the Ministry of Culture card with a companion.

A Paris Catacombs audio guide runs for 30 minutes; however, you may stay inside longer if you wish to do so. You will have the ability to pause and resume your audio guide at any point in time.

Generally, visitors spend an average of 45 min to 1 hr inside the Catacombs

There is only one toilet, located at the exit.

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

The Paris Catacombs have 131 steps to go down and 112 steps to climb up.

A cloakroom is not available.
