It was my sons (6) first experince at the summit. Mine and my mums 2nd time. On the way to and up to 2nd floor, our lovely guide Emily was so friendly and good with the explanations. I had enough time for translation to Turkish for my son. The whole experince was smooth. I am so happy to have had purchased the tour. We were so fast (by skipping the long line). Recommend everyone who has little time in Paris but dreams about Eiffel.

We walked up the Arc de Triomphe just before sunset...so lovely to see the city at night! The Catacombs are such an interesting part of Paris's history. The audio guide worked very well. There was nothing you needed to do...just walk and the guide would pick up where you were...and tell you the story!

Wir waren sehr skeptisch, da wir im Vorfeld einige negative Bewertungen gelesen hatten. Dies können wir nicht bestätigen. Bei uns hat alles problemlos geklappt. Das Ticket gab es über ein e App. Es ging pünklich los. Unser Guide war sehr höflich und hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen mitgeteilt.

Nous sommes tombés dans un groupe anglophone, tres gentiment le guide qui ne parlait pas français nous a orienté vers une groupe dont le guide était français et qui nous a accueilli avec 3 autres français ainsi nous avons pu bénéficier des explications tres riches de ce guide jusqu'au sommet

Very easy to find meeting place. Our guide was well informed and shared lots of historical information about the tower. Helped us easily navigate through the security systems and explained the benefits of each of the floors as well as the top.

Molto molto bello essere saliti fin sulla cima della torre. Esperienza davvero unica. Molto bravo e gentile la guida , Clement, che ci ha accompagnato fin sulla cima . La vista mozzafiato! Ne vale la pena.

Please note that there is free admission during the following days: European Heritage Days on the third weekend of Sep, and every first Sunday of the month from Nov to Mar.

Entry is free for anyone under the age of 18 years, and for European Union nationals or non-EU residents in France aged between 18 and 25 years (an ID is necessary).

Entry is free for disabled guests with an accompanying adult, jobseekers (on presentation of a certificate less than 6 months old), and holders of a valid education pass.

Entry is also free for soldiers, gendarmes, and CRS carrying the professional card and “Sentinelle” mission order, members of ICOM and ICOMOS, and holders of the Ministry of Culture card with a companion.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
