Une fois les billets achetés, à notre arrivée sur place le jour J, plus rien à faire. La dame les a scannés avec son tel, nous a donné un bracelet et c'était réglé. Musée, qui pour moi n'est pas vraiment un Musée, mais plutôt un petit parc d'attraction de ville, sympa, trop de monde, et frustration de ne pas avoir pu acheté en miniature le casse tête (pas fini) qui était à l'étage. Mais à faire.

Globalement en expérience très positif, tous les staff étaient absolument gentils compétentes et disponible. Il y a quelques attractions qui est pas super, mais en général tout était très intéressant.

Super musée, très ludique. Visite d'environ 1h, on ne voit pas passer le temps. Personnel très sympathique et locaux très propre.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum, except for sweets purchased at the Hans & Gretel candy shop or won during special events.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Access to the Zero Gravity Room is not allowed for children under 4, people with reduced mobility, people who have recently undergone surgery, people suffering from neck or back pain, people with high blood pressure, or pregnant women.

Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair accessible, but some experiences, such as the Zero Gravity Room, are not accessible.

The experience is open to all ages. Children under 4 enter for free.

The Zero Gravity Room may cause imbalance, dizziness, nausea, and lightheadedness.

The Hans & Gretel candy shop inside the museum offers a variety of sweets and treats.
