Nous avons eu un super conducteur (Zakaria) qui nous a emmené de Marrakech à Ouzoud (environ 2h30min de route) donc cela joue un grand rôle sur la qualité du voyage. Notre guide Brahim essayait de maintenir le rythme avec un peu de joie et de bonne humeur. Malheureusement on a eu des difficulté à le comprendre des fois dû aux fautes de grammaire et conjugaison. Il a aussi était trop insistant à noter 5/5 sur getyourguide (ce qu'on n'avait pas). En soit il est très bien, mais le fait de forcer les gens à le mentionner en donnant 5/5 en a déplu plus d'un, et donc je dirai plus un 4/5.

Per quanto riguarda le cascate veramente molto belle, un po' lontane da Marrakech ma sono da vedere, molto bello il fatto che ci siano le scimmie in totale libertà. Per quanto riguarda il deserto giornata molto chill, la cena tipica era veramente buona, l'unica cosa che un po' non mi ha fatto impazzire sono stati i cammelli, gli animali trattenuti in quel modo un po' mi angosciano anche se a vederli non erano né malnutriti né dragati o altro. Sono stati due giorni veramente molto belli.

Très belle expérience, l'équipe est professionnelle. Je voudrais commencer par remercier le chauffeur du minibus ce monsieur est d'une conduite mature et d'une grande patience , un grand merci à l'accompagnateur monsieur Omar aussi par son professionnalisme et son accueil. Je n'oublierai pas notre guide monsieur Nabil avec la belle ambiance. Tout s'est très bien passé. Merci encore .

El entorno es muy bonito pero son 6 horas ida y vuelta en total de carretera desde Marrakesh para estar allí apenas una hora y luego comer. Q Mi marido y yo fuimos con un grupo y al llegar nos indicaron q nos iban a poner un guía privado solo para nosotros porque hablábamos español. Muy bien la idea solo q el guía apenas nos habló en español, todo en inglés y yo traducía lo poco q comentaba. No nos explicó casi nada del entorno, ni de las actividades, casa tradicional, rio, cascada. No es que fuera con prisa pero lo hacía todo sin muchas ganas. Por otro lado, durante el recorrido hay demasiados puestos de "artesanía" para q compres. La comida estuvo bien. Demasiada espera hasta que nos recogieron para la vuelta. También creo que deberían poner una limitación de aforo. Fuimos en marzo y demasiada gente.

What to bring

Bring comfortable hiking shoes with good grip for rocky terrain, sunglasses, sun hat, and sunscreen, water bottle (refill stops available), camera for waterfall and mountain photos, and light jacket (mountain temperatures can be cooler).

Marrakech Hot Air Balloon

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities.

It is recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.

Baby strollers, hand carts, baby carriages, large luggage or oversized bags are not allowed on this experience.

Marrakech Hot Air Balloon

Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited before and during the activity.

Tips are not included and are at your discretion.

Large bags and suitcases are not permitted on the balloon.

Full-day Ourika Valley hike

This experience is accessible by wheelchair or those with mobility issues as the experience includes a hike involving descending and ascending alongside the 110-meter falls and some trail sections can be slippery, especially after rain.

Marrakech Hot Air Balloon

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Full-day Ourika Valley hike

The tour starts at 8:00am and returns between 7:00-7:30pm. Actual return time may vary due to traffic or weather

Drive duration: 3 hours each way (150km from Marrakech) with scheduled breaks

Time at falls: Approximately 4 hours, including 1.5 hours of guided hiking

Pickup: Available from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. If your accommodation is not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.

Meeting point: If your hotel is not listed, a central meeting point will be arranged

Boat ride: Included in tour price. Expect to get wet from spray—waterproof gear recommended

Barbary macaques: Keep your distance from the wild monkeys. Don't feed them or let them near bags/cameras

Best time to visit: Spring (March-June) for maximum water flow; Summer for swimming; Winter for fewer crowds

Lunch: Tips not included and are at your discretion for guides, drivers, and restaurant staff

Swimming: Pools at the base are warm enough for swimming in summer months

Pickup available throughout Marrakech. Pickup details will be sent via email or WhatsApp the day before your tour by 6pm. For last-minute bookings, you'll be contacted shortly after booking.

Marrakech Hot Air Balloon

This activity is subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of unfavorable weather.

The maximum weight per passenger is 100 kg; please consult the operator in advance if you exceed this limit.

Hotel or riad pick-up and drop-off in Marrakech are included.

The experience includes a light continental breakfast before the flight and a traditional Berber breakfast after landing.

The tour is conducted by a live guide fluent in English, French, Arabic, Dutch, and Spanish.

Free WiFi is available on board the balloon.

You will receive a personal flight certificate at the end of your experience.
