Am besten gefallen hat mir die Beschreibung, wie die rote Armee Krakau befreit hat. Außerdem war der Film mit Zeitzeugen sehr eindrucksvoll. Nur die englischen Untertitel wurden viel zu kurz eingeblendet.

Tutto ok ma avevamo un tour che ci ha impedito una visita snella. Peraltro la guida ci ha rimproverato di seguirli e di approfittare di lui quando lui ci stava ostacolando nella visita. Dovevamo aspettare che lui andasse nella stanza successiva per poter vedere le foto e leggere le spiegazioni. Guida arrogante e maleducata

Very well and thoughtfully organized. The English signage was very good and much appreciated. We are in our 70's and traveled with a couple in their 20's but we all found it very worth while. If in Krakow, it shouldn't be missed.

We absolutely loved the museum. It was incredibly interesting and thoughtfully presented, without being sensationalist and without referencing the Hollywood film which I suspect is what attracts a lot of visitors. We’re so pleased we decided to visit. In the end, we didn’t actually need the skip-the-line ticket as it was fairly quiet when we went (although when we drove past a couple of mornings earlier, the queue was huge!). The museum itself is excellent — we spent over three hours there and easily could have stayed longer, but we’d reached information overload! We especially loved the collection of old photographs, which really brought the history to life. Definitely leave your coats in the cloakroom, as it’s nice and warm inside. We would certainly visit again if we were in Krakow — it really puts the history into perspective.
