Our guide arrived on time but with no clear sign where we were supposed to meet it was a little worrying. She turned out to be great and very informative. The museum itself focuses on the terrible treatment Jews received in the war as much as it does on Oscar Schindler which was really interesting but not exactly what we expected. This was nothing to do with our guide obviously who was excellent as I said.

Very interesting and thought provoking. Knowledgeable guide (Wojcek). More exhibits than we were able to see properly. However, the atmosphere of the era was papable.

The guide was soo knowledgeable. The factory isn't quite what expected but was loads good exhibits and pictures of what went on. Interesting almost no equipment there anymore. Just a couple at the exit. Would recommend even if just to get the feel of the place and the history. Factory area down road actually saved more Jews than Oscars but he's not famous odd how life works sometimes.

The guided tour was excellent. It explained the build up to the war as well as the reasons for Oskars involvement amd motivations. Lots of exhibits to see and read. The tickets also give free entry to Eagle Pharmacy (on Heeoes Square) which is another amazing and brave stoey in itself.

Le musée est passionnant l'immersion est très convaincante c'est une très belle découverte C'est avec surprise que nous avons découvert ce musée et les salles sont vraiment très bien aménagé ce qui permet une immersion complète de ce qui s'est passé à l'époque à Cracovie

Depending on the group size, you will board a ship for 12 people or 90 people.

Restrooms are not available for the 12-people boat. Guests can use the bathroom at the restaurant by the pier before boarding.
