My experience with Headout was excellent! The ticket booking process was smooth and convenient, and accessing One World Observatory was hassle-free. The observatory offered breathtaking panoramic views of New York City, making the visit truly memorable. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend Headout to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable way to book tickets for popular attractions

The Obseratory at One Workd Trade Center was very exciting and informative. It starts with the elevator ride where you see Lower Manhattan change through history right before your eyes with the video screens on three sides of the elevator car. The view from the observatory is quite breathtaking. Also, the staff give good tours and the presentation with the video screens is very informative and entertaining.

It was very easy to get tickets to attractions. The application downloaded easily and tickets were easy to access. The only thing that we did not realize were tickets to Rockefeller Center- we thought that we purchased the tickets to go go on the top of the building, but instead we purchased the walking tour around the center - which we were not interested in.

Easy and intuitive on-line booking system to suit my requirements. Plenty helpful staff at all levels of the building. The views across New York City were amazing. The glass floor added to the whole experience, bit scary !

This was my favorite experience in New York. It's so fun to go through the different experiences and take pictures and the view is incredible. It was easy. They had good snacks. Highly recommend.
