What to bring

• If you're prone to motion sickness, take your preferred medication about two hours before the cruise.

What’s not allowed

• Motorized wheelchairs and scooters can't be brought aboard.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage aren’t permitted.

• No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes during the cruise.

• Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

• Collapsible wheelchairs or walkers are welcome onboard if needed.

• The boarding ramp isn’t fully wheelchair accessible.

• You must be able to step onto the ramp, walk across it, and step down into the boat before being seated.

Additional information

• Transportation to and from the harbor isn’t included, so you’ll need to make your own way.

• Be sure to arrive at least 15-min before your scheduled departure time.

• Infants aged 2 and under can join the cruise for free with a parent.

• Whale sightings are seasonal. Your best chance is from November to May.

• The tour requires a minimum of 10 guests to operate. If the minimum isn’t met, you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund.

• Please arrive at the boarding point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your cruise to avoid any delays.
