It was really worthwhile doing the tour of the exterior of Notre Dame. Erick told us a lot about the history of Paris and the development of this area in particular. Even though you don't need a guide for the inside of Notre Dame this tour very much added to my visit. I highly recommend. He also recommended doing a tour of The Crypt right underneath the ND forecourt, which I did and found fascinating!

Super easy to find the meeting point, guides were on time and great info provided along the side and front of Notre Dame. 'Reserved entry' however is misleading as the group is still required to line up in the 'non tickets' line which took us an hour. This is not a criticism of the tour we were on but rather feedback for those that name the tour to be more transparent.

I did not give a 5 star review. i gave a 1 star review. I paid for the entry w/o a line. The guide expalined to me I did not have a ticket to avoid the line and that the company i chose misled clents regularly. I was furious since there was a snowstorm and I dod not get what I paid for. It took many many emails to get the company to refund my money.
