I did not give a 5 star review. i gave a 1 star review. I paid for the entry w/o a line. The guide expalined to me I did not have a ticket to avoid the line and that the company i chose misled clents regularly. I was furious since there was a snowstorm and I dod not get what I paid for. It took many many emails to get the company to refund my money.

We had a delightful guide, Martin who was very eager to tell us the history and describe the various statues and elements of the facade. We had a small child with us and he tried to point out things which would interest. Her. He accompanied us into the Cathedral and very respectfully pointed out various things without too much talking.

Hello, Our tour guide was excellent and we enjoyed the information she shared with us as we walked along the exterior of the church. However, we ran into a major problem when entering the church. The line was huge and we were told we had to go to the end of it -- there was no "reserved entry" as we expected. My husband was not able to stand in the line, so after a few tries, she was able to convince a guard to let us go thru a handicapped-accessible entrance. It wasn't as we expected, but we were grateful for her persistence.
