We did the Wet Jet tour and it was an amazing experience. The speed of the boat is incredible, and hitting the rapids head-on was a huge rush. On top of the high-adrenaline ride, the views of the Niagara Gorge are absolutely beautiful. Word of warning: You will get completely soaked from head to toe! The waves hit so hard that one of my earrings actually got washed away in a splash. I highly advise everyone to leave jewelry behind or keep all personal belongings safely locked away before boarding. Still, it was 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you want some excitement on your trip!

Amazing from start to finish. All the staff were so friendly from the check in to buying shoes. Conor our guide was amazing kept the fun going the whole time. You get SOAKED and it's unbelievable 🤣🤣 that's me with the blue arrow and yes there is a boat 🤣 Highly recommend would do it over and over.

Was SO nervous about riding the Wet Jet on Oct 2 - mostly that I'd be freezing cold, but I wasn't!! Used the free plastic pants and hoodie top over my clothes, which held in some body heat. We sat in the front row and were prepared to get wet but, holy smokes, it's crazy how much water crashes in. The boat was super sturdy, tunes were rockin and we never felt unsafe - just amazed lol!

This should be on everyone’s bucket list. I was blown away by the whole experience. This will give you the thrills and high adrenaline levels. I loved each and every second of this jet boat ride. Yes, You will be DRENCHED COMPLETELY in water and you will feel great having that. Speaking about the whole crew, Nick was amazing riding the boat towards the wave. Chris Ball, our wonderful and handsome team leader is a complete entertainer. He was wonderful and full of energy during this whole experience. Hats off to you Chris. You gave us some great memories to cherish with your whole entertainment. If you have a Niagara parks pass, you can take the WeGo bus until the floral clock and then Whirlpool jet boat has a shuttle service from there which is about 10 mins to the destination. They pick and drop you. Brenda was the one helping us pick and drop to the destination. She is the sweetest person and very chill. Really active and makes sure everyone is comfortable during the ride. It’s better to book online and fill the waiver. Video and photo packages are additional. They also provide free locker to keep your stuff. It’s better to get alternate clothes and towel because no matter if you wear the plastic hood that they provide, you will be 1000% drenched in water. Must visit this place.

We had the most AMAZING experience with the Niagara Whirlpool Wet Jet Tours! Two years ago, my boyfriend surprised me with a motorcycle ride to Niagara and the Wet Jet Tour. I chickened out at the time, so this year I decided to surprise HIM! I planned a day on the motorcycle and made our destination the Niagara Whirlpool Wet Jet Tours. Needless to say, we were both so excited that I was finally going to do it! And let me tell you… Chris and Nick were phenomenal! They made the entire experience so much fun. Their energy, personalities, and sense of humor made the adventure even better. Honestly, I don’t know how you could have that much fun without those two! They made me feel comfortable, kept us laughing, and turned something I had been nervous about for two years into an experience I will never forget. After we got changed and dried off, we hopped back on the motorcycle and ended our amazing day at Sombra Mexican Restaurant, which was the perfect way to finish the adventure. If you’re thinking about doing the Wet Jet Tour — DO IT! And if you get Chris and Nick as your guides, you’re in for an unforgettable time! Thank you guys for making our day so incredibly special!

It was a lot of fun ! We sat in the 2nd row and got totally soaked :)) I knew we'd get wet, but the volume of water that hits you is surprising, WOW ! But that was the best part! This is something I'd do again. It rocked ! I asked my girl friend if she preferred the tour of the falls boat ride or this one, she said, hands down, this one; there was no hesitation in her response. Our hostess, Isabella, and Captain Charlie (?) deserve a shout as well, they were great!!

Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication

Pets or any other animals (including service animals) are not permitted.

Additional information:

Wet Jet seats have a minimum height requirement of 44″ (112 cm); children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3-4 rows.

Dry Jet seats require guests to be at least 40″ (102 cm) tall; children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3–4 rows.

Guests aged 13–15 can sit in the first 3-4 rows only when seated with someone 16+ and with an adult chaperone (18+) on board.

Guests aged 16–17 can sit in the first 3-4 rows as long as an adult chaperone (18+) is on board.

No guest under 18 can ride without an adult chaperone (18+) on board.

Pregnant guests and anyone with osteoporosis, heart, neck, or back injuries cannot participate.

On-site measurements ensure compliance with height requirements.

Reservation timings are strict; arrive 45 minutes early for check-in and a mandatory safety orientation.

If you are late or miss the safety orientation, you will not be allowed to board.

Rebookings within 24 hours, including missed trip times, incur an additional 10% rebooking fee.
