What an absolutely incredible experience! Makayla was an incredible guide. She made me feel like I was on the adult version of the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland (in the best way possible)! She was knowledgeable and punny! I cannot for the life of me remember the captain's name - I want to say Sean but I think that's incorrect. Anyway, he did a wonderful job navigating those class 5 rapids taking time to care for all the souls on board while also giving us the time of our lives! It was such a great experience and I'd recommend it to everyone (plus I'd totally come back and do it again)!

Charlie is the BEST captain and Makayla is the most AMAZING trip leader, she was informative and very funny at the same time. The boat ride was amazing, one of the best activities in Niagara!!' Would definitely do it again. Thank you for an amazing experience :)

The experience was awesome, magical and fantastic!! I loved it!!!! I must to highlight my favorite part was the feeling of floating while the water was inside of the boat during the dipping in the wave of water!! 😃

The guide and captain made sure plenty of water went over the bow. The level 5 rapids were amazing. The music was also rocking. Better than my expectations and definitely worth the price of admission!

We had Connor and Captain Simon and they were INCREDIBLE! The atmosphere they created on the boat along with the interesting tour with informational moments! Would 100% recommend this experience.

Want a rare bathing opportunity in the Niagara River? Book this ride. Just book it! You'll have a time of your life. This is the best thing to do at Niagara in mine and my wife's opinion.

Capt. John and guide Veronica were entertaining, high energy and made the excursion fun. The rapids were exhilarating! Don't buy the media package with photos and video. It didn't have photos or video of me (and my group). The photos and video were of the full excursion and everyone as well, there were photos that had the backs of everyone's head. The orientation and actual ride was excellent.

Great experience. Did the same tour but on the America side prior. This time did it with my finance and he loved the whole experience (so did I). We sat front row middle and was soaked. Our tour guide was Nick who was very knowledgeable and Vinny our boat operator and he did a great time driving the boat and giving us a great experience. Definitely a must do again

Wet Jet seats have a minimum height requirement of 44″ (112 cm); children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3-4 rows.

Dry Jet seats require guests to be at least 40″ (102 cm) tall; children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3–4 rows.

Pregnant guests and anyone with osteoporosis, heart, neck, or back injuries cannot participate.

On-site measurements ensure compliance with height requirements.

Reservation timings are strict; arrive 45 minutes early for check-in and a mandatory safety orientation.

If you are late or miss the safety orientation, you will not be allowed to board.

Rebookings within 24 hours, including missed trip times, incur an additional 10% rebooking fee.
