We had an amazing experience on our Niagara Falls tour with Kaleb. He did an incredible job showing us all the important sights and sharing the history and stories behind them. There is so much we would have missed or never known without taking the tour. Kaleb was entertaining, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire experience fun and interesting while making sure we didn’t miss any of the highlights. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Kaleb and this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

Our guide, Emery, was very knowledgeable and told us various stories about the Falls. The journey through the tunnels to go behind the horseshoe falls exposed the full power of the water, whilst the outside viewing platform got you as close to the cascade of water as possible. Finally, the boat trip up to the Falls was spectacular. Overall, a great experience.

Daniel was fantastic tour guide. He was informative, fun and engaging. He kept both my kids entertained and us the adults too. He also was organized and gave us great instructions ahead of the boat ride and the trip behind the falls. We also enjoyed the photos he took of us and his encouragement to stay on the second deck of the boat and get completely soaked!

Booking the cruise was super easy. There was lots of communication leading up to the day of the excursion. Our tour guide Linda was great and so knowledgeable about the Niagara Falls area and history. She showed us the best spot to stand on the boat to capture all the amazing views. We will definitely book another tour the next time we come.

Our tour guide Alisha was AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable and personal. It was obvious she truly loves Niagara Falls and wants everyone to share her joy. It was the perfect length tour without being overkill. We learned so much and had the best day! We wouldn't change a thing. Thank you so much!

Had a great trip up the Skylon tower/behind the falls and Niagara cruise. Our tour guide Parminder was excellent very knowledgeable and gave us great information and insights into the history of the fall's from a geological geographical and social point of view. Would highly recommend

The tour guide was so much fun. The experience was great and interactive. It was nice not having to plan anything and just go with the flow and be told here to go and have someone give us tickets to each section of the tour and explain where we need to go. Very stress-free!

What to bring

Footwear and bags: Bring comfortable shoes and a waterproof bag to protect yourself and your belongings from the mist.

Weather gear: Bring weather-appropriate clothing and water, especially for longer or evening tours.

Additional information

Seasonal cruise note: The Hornblower or Niagara City Cruises operate seasonally and are replaced by other attractions in winter.

Winter substitutions: Winter replacements may include Skylon Tower, Butterfly Conservatory, Niagara Parks Power Station, or Niagara Takes Flight, depending on the tour.

Restrooms: Restroom access is limited, so please use the facilities before your tour begins.

Parking: No parking is available at the tour meeting point. Two main paid lots are available on Niagara Parkway year-round.

Parking Lot A: Parking Lot A is closest to the Falls and is located beside the Power Station.

Parking Lot B: Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Arrival time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour start time, as refunds are not possible for late arrivals or no-shows.

Group size: Small-group tours may have a maximum of 7 guests, while walking and fireworks tours may have up to 22 guests.

Tour locations: All tours operate on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and do not require a passport.

Walking level: Moderate walking is required on guided walking and evening fireworks tours.

Fireworks: Fireworks cruises run only when Niagara fireworks are scheduled and are subject to weather and visibility.

Helicopter upgrade: A 10-minute helicopter flight may be available on select small-group tours for an extra fee.

From Toronto tours: Day trips from Toronto last about 9 hours and return between 4:30pm and 5pm, depending on traffic.

Tip for nature lovers: Nature lovers, stay alert, as you might spot peregrine falcons nesting on the cliffs at incredible diving speeds.
