Our tour guide, Gladys, did a fantastic job of sharing her knowledge of Niagara. Due to the season, we weren't able to do the cruise but it was substituted for Niagara takes Flight and I would highly recommend. This was an experience we will never forget and we "flew" through Niagara and the surrounding area and seen the beauty of it all. Great tour and would do it again!

We had a fantastic experience with Headout on our Niagara Falls tour! Our guide, Albin, was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us great explanations about the hydro dams, the whirlpools, and the surrounding areas of interest, making the whole trip both fun and educational. Albin was also very patient and accommodating, stopping at scenic points so we could take photos — and even taking lovely photos of us himself. He was prompt, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a wonderful time. Well done, Albin! You truly made our Niagara Falls visit unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

Our tour guide Manish was very determined to ensure we enjoyed our tour and really knows everything about Niagara Falls ! He could answer every question and provided us with detailed facts and pictures about the history,flow, erosion, and all very interesting facts. His story telling kept us engaged and he made sure we got the full effect of each excursion! We did the Day and Night tour which included a very nice dinner and an awesome personal experience at the Ellumination Tower that you just can't get anywhere! This was the best tour experience ever and we highly recommend it!!!

Well I personally had already walked a lot prior to the Walking Tour but the walking tour was to be a small group of individuals but many were in attendance. The Horne blower cruise seemed to be a little rough but may have been rough secondary to the river conditions. A large number of people were in attendance; it was a little crowded. Everybody & his brother was taking pictures which slowed traffic with the tour behind the falls.

Nous avons adoré la vue sur les chutes depuis Skydon, la balade le long des chutes et la croisière en bateau au plus près des chutes. Nous avions réservé une visite guidée mais celle ci était en anglais. Il est regrettable qu'il ne nous soit pas proposé dès audio guides en français. Aucun reproche à Li notre guide qui a tout fait pour nous expliquer au mieux. Ce service est à améliorer

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, fun, and patient. The tour was the perfect combination of Niagara attractions and in a great order to build anticipation. The view from the Dkylon, the walk behind the falls and finally the boat ride. We had an amazing time, everything flowed smoothly, I didn't have to worry about tickets or logistics and could just enjoy. Fantastic experience.

Our tour guide Gladys was wonderful, knowledgeable, and communicative! Our favorite parts of the tour were the the Hornblower cruise and the Skylon Tower (the wind sold it).

The Hornblower Cruise is seasonal, operating April- November only, replaced with admission to Niagara's Fury and Niagara SkyWheel, Greg Frewin Theatre, Butterfly Conservatory, or Niagara Power Station during winter months.
