The tour was amazing, got the package that included the Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower and the Boat Cruise. Only things is that if you do book this tour with the 3 attractions included make sure to eat where you do the Maple Syrup testing otherwise you won't have time to do so at Niagara Falls. If you want to explore the city I recommend leaving out one of these attractions (I would say Skylon, views are pretty but I could have skipped it) 100% recommend the tour, I didn't have to worry about getting there and the attractions were really amazing. Jeremiah was our guide and he made sure to explain everything to us and even gave us his Whatsapp to contact him for anything, thanks Jeremiah!

Things started off on the wrong track. First, the night before our tour, they changed the pick up location from our hotel to somewhere 20 minutes away. Then as we were checking onto the bus the tour guide was rude to me (although he did apologize later into the tour so all was fine) but it wasn't a good start to a tour that I was really looking forward to. In the end the destination was so AMAZING that it turned out to be a day to remember for the rest of my life. Niagara Falls is A MUST SEE.

Everything was so well organised, even with the unexpected traffic jams and blocked streets on departure because of Toronto marathon. Ou guide was very good and kind. All steps were smoothly organised. It was a Lovely day and a great experience ! The Niagara Falls are a wonderful spot everybody should absolutely visit. I'm very happy quand I feel lucky to have chosen Headout for this excursion.

Our guide was knowledgable and personable and made the drive to and from Niagara pass quickly. The sights were great and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. You are given ponchos for two of the tours. My suggestion is that you keep the poncho from the first tour as you will need it. i didn't and got sopping wet!

Es war eine sehr gut organisierte Tour von Toronto mit dem Bus zu den Niagara Fällen. Wie hatten beide Optionen dazu gebucht und haben das sehr genossen. Der freundliche Guide "Bernhard" sprach deutsch, was die Führung sehr entspannt machte. Vielen Dank für die guten Tipps und den schönen Tag.

Everything on the tour was exceptional except the most Important thing which is time. It wasn't enough to do everything we paid for, and it was the most expected, the Hornblower, which was irritating because we needed to choose between been left by the bus or going into the boat. Second, due to the lack of time, we never got to see Niagara by the lake through the tour itself but we had to walk down by our own. Finally, we paid for a 9 hours tour, and the guide told us we where just going to be there from 10:30am to 1:45 pm, and taking into account the going to and coming back, this tour wasnt even 6 hours long (we left the hotel at 8:18 am exactly). You need to give what you say in your webpage and give enough time to do everything. I lost my money which i paid for the Hornblower Cruise unfortunately.

Great trip & well organised. Didn't take the helicopter option offered on the bus for a special rate, but felt that Skylon view was as good & better for pics.

The Hornblower Cruise is not operational during winter months and will be replaced by either the Skylon Tower, Butterfly Conservatory, or Niagara Parks Power Station.

For the semi-private tour, you will be picked up from your hotel in Downtown Niagara.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
