Very very nice organization, perfectly on time with some more activities even. Michael is a top guide, taking care of everyone, answering to all questions and expectations. During the tour comments were brilliant. We did it in family (4 p.) and we absolutely recommend this Queen tour with Michael. Thanks again.

It was all very good. The maple syrup testing was clearly a commercial stop but interesting. The behind the falls walk was good and well organised. But the highlight was the boat trip to the falls was brilliant - so glad I took Waterproof trousers ! Long drive but our guide Winston was very good and made the trip more enjoyable.

Nous avons adoré le fait que tout soit organisé et de partir depuis le centre de Toronto, très pratique. Tout était bien expliquéet sur place on a eu le temps de bien visiter tranquillement. Nous avons fait la visite behind the falls et le bateau hornblower, c'était vraiment 2 très bonnes attractions à ne pas manquer ! Les autres petites visites étaient sympathiques aussi. Notre seul regret, ne pas avoir pu visiter Niagara on the lake qui semble charmant. Le guide et le chauffeur étaient très agréables et arrangeants. Juste un petit bémol, le fait de solliciter le pourboire avec un peu d'insistance, un tarif prévu et dès l'arrivée sur le site n'est pas très appréciable.

The Falls was nice, especailly the Hornblower cruise. However, the BG tour company sent me a misleading email the day before the tour about the changes in pickup time and location, so I had to wake up way earlier than planned to get to a new pick-up point. But my guide was totally unware of this and I had to sort this out with him before being allowed to get on the coach. Turns out that the company sent me a wrong email that was supposed to be sent to someone else.
