Guests are prohibited from eating or drinking (except water) inside the cabin.

Smoking is restricted at the venue and inside the cabins.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Guests with disability can approach the Guest Services Operator for assistance after arriving at the terminal.

It is recommended that wheelchair users be accompanied by a guardian.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Pregnant women and guests with acrophobia (fear of height), chronic illnesses, claustrophobia, or other illnesses on the day of travel are recommended to consider their physical reactions before they decide to travel on the cable car.

Ngong Ping Cable Car

In the event of inclement weather, such as rainstorm or thunderstorm, the cable car service may be suspended, depending on the actual circumstances.

Timings – Mon to Fri: 10am to 6pm, Sat & Sun: 9am to 6:30pm.

Keep a valid ID handy as the Ngong Ping 360 staff may request proof of age.

Facilities: Lockers on rent, parking, restrooms, and baby-care facilities

At Hong Kong station, use the in-town check-in services to check in your luggage from 90 minutes to 24 hours before your flight.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
