Il museo ha superato le nostre aspettative, ma ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la guida di Janet che con grande entusiasmo si è impegnata a mostrarci le chicche nascoste e i segreti della storia del museo. È stata chiarissima nelle sue spiegazioni e ci ha coinvolti lasciandoci spunti di riflessione. La passione di Janet è arrivata anche a noi rendendo la visita molto più interessante del previsto, tanto che la permanenza all' interno è stata di quasi 5 ore dopo la visita guidata! I booked these tickets. But when I got there, the queue to go in was a mile long I saw a lady who seemed to be organising things and she said. The queue is for people who haven't booked and she took me to the front of the queue snd in I went. It pays to book and what a lovely time we had. Thank you

Meet your guide at the designated meeting point at Exhibition Road Courtyard directly across from the ‘Geological Survey & Museum’ entrance, under the large white arch labelled 'Victoria & Albert'. The guide will be holding a Vox City flag. After a quick ticket check, you can head inside with your digital map and audio guide to help you navigate the galleries.

What to expect

Natural History Museum

This museum houses one of the world’s most significant collections dedicated to natural history, science, and discovery. Your guide will take you on a 30-min exterior tour before escorting you inside for a short orientation of key museum areas, including main exhibits, café, gift shop, and facilities. Then, explore the museum independently, with the audio tour.

Collect your tickets from your host at the Exhibition Road Courtyard, in front of the Victoria & Albert Museum arch. Look for a host in a dark blue ‘VoxCity’ uniform.
