The staff at the counter and outside were very friendly and helpful. They changed my booked ticket to Tokyo Station to a earlier time. That was very appropriated and therefore I had almost no waiting time. The bus ride was smooth and the driver had a calm demeanor. At the arrival the staff made sure to hand out luggage to their respective owners by checking the luggage tags. I liked that because some passengers started to grab the suitcases and were politely asked to show their tags. What a great experience. Thank you

Excellent service. Bus seems to run at least every 15 minutes and was easy to find straight out the front of terminal three. The only hitch I found was in the booking process. It wasn't clear that we you were required to catch a taxi to where our hotel was. It felt like the text message service was AI generated as it was quite rude back to me when I asked a question -overall though, a very good service.

Great, stress free experience! While we waited a bus destined for the other airport came by and checked on us. Our driver loaded our bags and invited us to find seats. As we sat in the front we observed how he carefully navigated the narrow turns. At the airport a team came out to greet the bus and helped off load the suitcases to ensure a quick transition.

Very easy instructions to follow. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We were dropped off about a block from our hotel so it would have been nice to be dropped off at our hotel but besides that it was amazing.
