Très bon accueil , personnel souriant . Les différentes expositions sont bien signalées et accessibles par ascenseur pour celles des étages supérieurs. Nous avons pu faire une pause déjeuner au soleil et profiter des jardins du Fort Saint-Jean avant de partir .

J'ai acheté mes tickets avec Headout mais les QR code des tickets ne sont pas valables pour l'entrée. Il a fallu que mon fils scanne ces QR code avec son tel pour obtenir les vrais tickets d'entrée. Quant aux Audioguide, ils n'existent pas. J'ai donc acheté des tickets à 18€, de valeur sur place à 11€, avec des audioguides non disponibles Bravo Headout !

Please note that on busy days, guests may have to wait while entering the exhibition rooms, even with skip-the-line access.

The Museum is closed every Tuesday, May 1 and Dec 25.

Admission is free on the first Sunday of each month, European Heritage Days (3rd weekend of Sep), and on Museum Night.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
