The Abbey in all its glory
Wander around the lovely alleyways, taking in the majestic walls and Gothic spires as you ascend to the Abbey. Discover this remarkable 8th-century edifice in the Gothic style. This magnificent building, which is dedicated to the archangel Saint Michel, contains cloisters surrounded by arched pathways, galleries held up by an infinite series of columns, and an exquisite refectory where monks once gathered for their quiet meals. Spend some time in the lovely gardens, which provide breathtaking views of the bay and excellent photo opportunities.

The abbey does not offer baggage storage, and access is not allowed for suitcases or large hiking bags. Only small bags (smaller than cabin size) are permitted.
