The total duration from check-in, 30 minutes prior to takeoff, to landing back at Queenstown Airport is about 2 hours. Please note, this does not include time for self-driving or using complimentary transfers.

Passengers weighing 140kg (308lb) or more should inform in advance. For helicopter activities, there is a weight limit of 116kg (255lb).
