Really enjoyed the bus ride—our driver was super knowledgeable and shared lots of cool info, plus the landscape out the window was unreal. Downside is that because there’s a crowd of tours all going the same way, every stop ends up totally packed, which takes away a bit. If you’re thinking about food, skip paying for the lunch on the boat, not really worth what they charge, best to bring a sandwich or something and maybe buy a drink onboard. Glad I did it once but I probably wouldn’t go back for a second round.

All the stops had crowds since lots of buses seem to follow each other, so everywhere we went was pretty busy. The landscape all along the drive and out on the water was stunning though, and our bus driver shared loads of good info. Boat lunch wasn't much for the price—I'd say it's smarter to bring your own snacks and just grab a drink on board. Glad I did it once, but probably wouldn't repeat.

Had a fantastic time on the trip out to Milford Sound. The coach driver, Carl, really knew his stuff about plants and animals in New Zealand, which was cool to learn about. Our lunch on the boat hit the spot, and we had all the hot drinks we wanted. Would definitely recommend this trip to others.

If you’re anywhere near Queenstown, don’t skip Milford Fiord—it’s honestly one of the most amazing sights I’ve ever seen. Our guide, Danny, was so friendly and knew all the details about the local nature. He even took pictures for us at every scenic stop, and he’s actually got a good eye with a camera! On the way back, we caught a flight with Annabelle over the mountains, which totally ended up being the highlight of the whole day. Seriously, put this one on your bucket list.

Honestly, this was such a great trip. The coach itself was spotless and cozy, though a tad more space for legs would've been nice, but that's just how buses are. Our driver did an awesome job, chatting and sharing stories non-stop, which made the long ride way better. The cruise boat was probably the nicest one docked, super clean. For the price, I was surprised at how much was included. Would say it's perfect for anyone wanting to see Milford Sound without too much fuss.
